Start your engines for the first meet of 2012. The Surfair Speedway is an iconic South Coast attraction with racing from Vintage Speedcars to Speedway Karts.

Feb 12th offers a great afternoon’s event for the whole family!  The track is 500 metres with a mixture of decompressed granite and clay surface.
Divisions include 1600 and Junior  Sedans, Speedway Karts, Vintage Super mods, Aussies Sixes, Street Stock, Super Production, Formula 500s and Vintage rear 500’s.
Tickets - Adults $15/ Pensioners $10/ Kids FREE with an adult.

Narooma Oyster Festival

Date: 5th and 6th May 2012
Venue: Riverside Drive, Narooma

Take a short drive down the road to Narooma this May and join in the celebration of south coast produce, culture and artisans at the Narooma Oyster Festival.

MASTERCHEF Julie Goodwin will join a stellar line-up of professional chefs for a weekend filled with food and fun. An ideal combination of fresh and tidal water flows means the four million Sydney Rock Oysters sold each year out of this scenic NSW town are of exceptional quality - the inspiration for a weekend of feasting.

With live music, a giant aquarium, sporting challenges, complimentary tastings, art and photography shows and a big selection of children’s amusements, the Saturday line-up is busy and impressive.
Sunday is a different affair in 2012, with events moving from Riverside Drive to throughout the town as Narooma opens its doors to showcase its considerable charms - including a bike ride along the ridiculously beautiful Narooma-Dalmeny Cycleway and two-for-one rounds on one of the prettiest golf courses you’ll ever play.

Opera for Kids - Hansel & Gretel

Date: 17 May
Venue: St Mary's Performing Arts Centre

A scary story about what happens when you go into the woods and eat too many lollies!

Experience the magic of opera through Oz Opera's delightful production of one of the best-loved Brothers Grimm tales. Be immerse and captivated by the story of two young people and the bewitching characters they meet on their journey of hardship, forgiveness & self-discovery.

Featuring a cast of professional singers, colourful costumes and an enchanting set, this fully staged opera has been devised especially for primary school-aged children and the whole family.
Doors open at 6pm with the show beginning at 6.30pm. A Candy Bar will be available.

River of Art

The 2012 Eurobodalla River of Art Festival will be running from the 18 - 27th May this year and is an event not to be missed! The full program is avaliable from the River of Art Festival website.

The Festival kicks off with a Grand Mad Hatters Tea Party and the classic play of Alice in Wonderland. A perfect festival for families, young and young at heart and only a short drive from the park!

Moruya Jockey Club

And they're off....the race year is underway at the Moruya Jockey Club with the Moruya Cup 2012 running on January 23rd.  With eight race meetings per year the Moruya Jockey Club is the centre of racing on the South Coast of New South Wales and a popular family event.

Ladies remember the hats and heels for Fashions on the Field.

Camp and Care with BIG4

We will be supporting a worthy cause during Camp and Care with BIG4 on November 11th 2011.

Enjoy a night under the stars for just $20 per site with all proceeds of the evening going to the community effort to build a new Oncology Unit at the Moruya Hospital. This is the perfect opportunity to dust off the tent, bring the family to our beautiful park, take advantage of the facilities and beachfront location AND help our community.
